Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates via phone and email.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for various industries.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidate fit and compliance.
- Collaborate with account managers to meet staffing goals and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation (for occasional on-site meetings).
