Job Description
Are you ready to define the technology landscape of 2026?
Chronos Dynamics is at the forefront of the quantum revolution, pioneering the infrastructure that will power the next century of computing. We are looking for a visionary Lead Quantum Systems Architect to spearhead our research and development initiatives aimed at the 2026 deployment cycle. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, error-corrected quantum systems that bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical application.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will shape the fundamental logic of how information is processed in the future. Join a team of elite engineers and scientists dedicated to solving humanity's most complex computational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable quantum computing architectures, focusing on error correction and stability for 2026 standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release, aligning complex quantum algorithms with business objectives.
- Protocol Development: Develop and enforce rigorous security protocols and protocols for quantum key distribution (QKD) in distributed systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve in post-silicon computing advancements.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize quantum circuit efficiency and resource allocation to maximize processing power.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced simulation environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#; deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Grover, Shor, VQE).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt systems for long-term viability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
