Responsibilities
- Architect AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance Generative AI pipelines and multi-agent systems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in reinforcement learning and neural architecture search.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record working with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize performance bottlenecks.
