- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge R&D
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory challenges of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AR/VR, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite decisions
