Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven, sustainable, and human-centered solutions
- Analyze global socio-economic shifts to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ successful case studies)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating published research on future technology scenarios
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
