Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Design and implement the core architecture for next-generation AI models, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and future-proofing.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide the engineering team in selecting the right tools, frameworks, and methodologies to achieve our ambitious 2026 goals.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the optimization of large-scale machine learning models and data pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for algorithmic bias, transparency, and responsible AI deployment.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product managers and researchers to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- System Design: Deep understanding of system design patterns, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
