You'll lead our cross-disciplinary Future Intelligence Lab, collaborating with C-suite executives to identify paradigm shifts, quantify disruption risks, and position our organization as the industry's thought leader. Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Lead the Future Intelligence Lab, managing a team of futurists and data scientists to produce trend reports and scenario-planning models
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into product roadmaps, investment strategies, and market expansion plans
- Develop proprietary trend-detection methodologies using machine learning and human-centered design principles
- Present strategic vision to executive boards, investors, and industry forums as the organization's primary futurist voice
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions, governments, and innovation labs to shape future ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive leadership with proven 10-year horizon planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Future Studies Journal, Harvard Business Review)
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of influencing multi-billion-dollar strategic decisions through foresight
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive-ready narratives
