Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Author high-impact white papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging tech verticals with proprietary predictive modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using cutting-edge analytical tools
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the board and executive committee
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies for trend forecasting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/innovation journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants from NSF or DARPA
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
