Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning models for real-time, high-volume data processing.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Human-Computer Interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, alignment, and ethical deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Publish cutting-edge research papers and secure patents for proprietary algorithms.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP with a focus on future-tech applications.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI systems at scale.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Strong understanding of AI alignment, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with edge computing and neuromorphic hardware architecture.
