Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure optimized for the 2026 technological landscape, including hybrid cloud and edge computing environments.
- Drive R&D Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including large language model (LLM) fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and preliminary quantum computing integration.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Enhance model latency and throughput, ensuring our systems can handle petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for AI adoption within the company, identifying new tools and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Deep Learning: Extensive hands-on experience designing and training complex neural networks for NLP, Computer Vision, or predictive modeling.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
