Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead a team of expert engineers in researching and deploying next-generation algorithms.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system monitoring, and data governance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify and evaluate disruptive technologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent extensive practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth, innovative environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles.
