Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)

- Published work in IEEE/ACM journals on future computing paradigms
- Security clearance or background in national infrastructure protection
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
