Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 infrastructure overhaul, aligning with executive business goals.
- Architecture Design: Design complex, distributed systems that prioritize security, scalability, and high availability.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Vendor & Technology Management: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) into our core stack.
- Crisis Management: Lead technical rescue missions and incident response strategies for mission-critical infrastructure failures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering or infrastructure architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, Python, and microservices architecture.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience in implementing AI-driven infrastructure monitoring and predictive scaling.
