As part of our elite R&D division, you will be responsible for translating futuristic concepts into scalable, production-ready architectures. You will work alongside top-tier engineers to solve complex problems that do not yet have established solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level technical strategy for the Year 2026 Initiative.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, data scientists, and backend engineers.
- Mentor junior architects and establish coding standards for the future of our stack.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural feasibility assessments.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or similar systems languages.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and Neural Network architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
