Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Analyze regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for technology adoption forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to stakeholders
