Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, integrating Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Extended Reality.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time predictive data.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-generation neural interfaces and autonomous decision-making algorithms.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and establishing best practices for AI safety and ethical governance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and external partners.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of latency and throughput in distributed neural networks to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering or distributed systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with Quantum Computing libraries is a major plus.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and align technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through rapid scaling and technological disruption.
