Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical architecture for our product suite, ensuring scalability and security by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and manage technical debt.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technology assessments to select the best tools for future growth.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business strategies into robust technical blueprints.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and mentorship programs for junior developers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in microservices, API design, and large-scale data processing.
- Proven experience leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are highly preferred.
