Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement the high-level system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and fault tolerance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and oversee the execution of critical milestones for the 2026 timeline.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and optimize CI/CD pipelines for high-velocity deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and design teams.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Architecture to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and the ability to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to diverse audiences.
