The Role
In this high-impact position, you will lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to build next-generation algorithms capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads and quantum algorithms.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance engineering team focused on innovation and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Machine Learning, and distributed systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of all architectural components.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
