Responsibilities
- Define Technical Vision: Establish and articulate the long-term research strategy for advanced AI systems, focusing on scalability and ethical alignment.
- Lead Research Teams: Mentor and guide a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Prototype & Deploy: Move concepts from theoretical papers to production-ready prototypes, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex research into tangible user value.
- Publications: Author and publish high-impact research papers at leading AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to establish industry thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial research or academic settings, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), large-scale distributed computing, and optimization techniques.
- Innovation: A proven track record of delivering novel solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
