Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for the Vision 2026 AI platform, focusing on distributed systems, high-availability cloud architectures, and edge computing integration.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) to align with the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level business requirements into concrete technical specifications and agile development plans.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of neural network inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and increase throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with quantum computing concepts is a plus.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling millions of concurrent users.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: A strong passion for exploring the frontiers of AI and a history of patenting or publishing research.
