We are looking for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability for 2026 standards.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for edge devices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
