- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application stability and performance.
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to drive project timelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting with a part-time schedule.
