Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and AI ethics
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and biotech pioneers
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Conduct market analysis for circular economy and space commerce opportunities
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members with data-backed narratives
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for 2030 alignment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations implemented in the last 5 years
