Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Organize the warehouse floor to ensure maximum efficiency and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect and report any damaged equipment or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
