Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with training
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to Mesa worksite
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
