Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and coordinate scheduling for executive leadership.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Prepare, organize, and archive important documents and files.
- Answer and direct phone calls and visitors to the appropriate department.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Support team events and administrative operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and processes.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta office.
