Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update company data into various databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Perform routine office tasks, including filing, scanning, and shredding confidential documents.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or take detailed messages.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
- Organize physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Qualifications
