- Utilize ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools to identify passive candidates

- Collaborate with team to fill urgent client openings within tight deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct staffing or recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong knowledge of Austin's job market and talent landscape
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification a plus
