Responsibilities
- Urgently source, screen, and place qualified candidates for immediate client needs
- Manage high-volume recruitment cycles with tight deadlines and rapid turnaround
- Build and nurture talent pipelines across diverse industries in Virginia Beach
- Conduct client-facing consultations to define staffing requirements and solutions
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate progress and ensure compliance
- Facilitate same-day interviews and onboarding for time-sensitive placements
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling roles within 48-72 hours
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach's local job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid Virginia driver's license for local client visits
