- Exceed monthly placement targets using our streamlined CRM system

Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet aggressive performance metrics
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid NC driver's license with reliable transportation
