Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for immediate client openings across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to match cultural fit and technical requirements
- Develop strategic client relationships through weekly check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding with 48-hour placement targets
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies and retention tactics
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication and interview preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' technical or specialized recruiting experience (agency preferred)
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Proven success with high-volume placements in competitive talent markets
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with documented placement metrics
- Strong analytical abilities for market trend analysis and salary benchmarking
- Professional recruitment certification (CPSM, CTS, or SHRM-SCP) or equivalent experience
