Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client needs using ATS and Boolean search techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct high-volume interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and fill positions within 48 hours
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and specialized roles
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through transparent communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of filling 15+ roles monthly across diverse industries
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong negotiation skills with 90% offer acceptance rate
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
