Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Track key metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Represent Nexus Talent Group at industry events and job fairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Indiana driver's license for client meetings
