Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for 20+ open client positions weekly
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from interview scheduling to offer negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier Chicago-area employers
- Utilize ATS systems to track KPIs and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client hiring needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction rate
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing agency or high-volume recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 15+ placements in the last 6 months
- Expertise in Chicago's tech, finance, or healthcare talent markets
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn ATS
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
