Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs across IT, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal client positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and position specifications
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from application placement to onboarding support
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and ensure timely placements
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling technical and non-technical roles within 30 days
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Valid Indiana driver's license for client meetings and candidate interviews
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
