Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for high-demand roles in tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Conducting virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for 15-20 open positions simultaneously
- Building strategic relationships with Houston-based Fortune 500 clients
- Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems for talent pipeline management
- Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed market insights
- Tracking KPIs including placement rates and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment within Houston market
- Expertise in niche recruitment (IT, healthcare, or industrial preferred)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid Texas driver's license for client visits
- SHRM-SCP or CIR certification highly desirable
