Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns with 48-hour placement turnaround
- Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ Silicon Valley tech clients
- Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools to optimize candidate matching
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments for specialized roles
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Bay Area market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Strong technical understanding of software development methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and data-driven mindset
