Responsibilities
- Urgently source and screen qualified candidates for same-day client interviews
- Manage high-volume job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Conduct rapid-fire phone and video interviews within tight deadlines
- Coordinate same-day onboarding for temporary placements across San Jose
- Maintain real-time candidate pipelines using our ATS system
- Build relationships with hiring managers at top Silicon Valley companies
- Track and report daily placement metrics to leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing/recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven ability to fill positions within 24-48 hours
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through Boolean searches and referrals
- Exceptional communication skills for high-pressure client interactions
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong time management with ability to juggle urgent timelines
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings (if required)
