Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate contract-to-hire positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in Phoenix metro area
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews with 15+ candidates weekly
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires within 48-hour deadlines
- Maintain ATS compliance and candidate pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to fill urgent staffing requests
- Develop talent pools for specialized roles (IT, Healthcare, Finance)
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience in Phoenix market
- ATS proficiency (Workday, Bullhorn, or Greenhouse)
- Strong network of Phoenix-based professionals
- Ability to start within 72 hours of offer
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly desired
