Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across Charlotte
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and job seekers
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to develop staffing solutions for key accounts
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and agency standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing or recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
