- Process payroll documentation for immediate-start temporary staff within 24-hour SLAs
- Optimize applicant tracking system workflows for rapid turnaround
- Conduct compliance verification for immediate-hire candidates
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill same-week staffing requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing/recruitment or high-volume coordination role
- Proven ability to manage same-day hiring cycles under pressure
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with multi-stakeholder experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for urgent documentation
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Valid California staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
