Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for diverse temporary and permanent positions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Tampa industries
- Manage end-to-end staffing processes including onboarding and documentation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to match candidates with role requirements
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and compliance records
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment, HR, or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring deadlines
