Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates into temporary and permanent roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS and CRM systems
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Track and report key recruitment metrics weekly
- Collaborate with marketing team to source passive candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruitment or staffing experience
- Strong knowledge of Seattle's job market and industries
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive placements
- Valid Washington State driver's license (client site visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
