Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche job boards)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with key hiring managers at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) for pipeline management
- Maintain 90%+ fill rate for assigned requisitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with SaaS/tech clients
- Proven ability to recruit software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Expert knowledge of technical assessments and interview methodologies
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and SDLC
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Metrics-driven approach with demonstrated success in KPI achievement
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or other enterprise ATS systems
