Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and temp-to-hire positions.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Negotiate salary rates and contract terms with external vendors and clients.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future job orders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical or professional staffing/recruiting.
- Strong understanding of the Washington, DC employment market and government contracting landscape.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize multiple job orders and deadlines in a high-volume setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (local travel required).
