Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-permanent and direct-hire roles within 24-48 hours
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding and follow-up
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate placement and client satisfaction
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies to exceed placement targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or agency recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of filling urgent positions with qualified candidates
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of Wichita's local job market and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings with strict deadline compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
