Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical and cultural requirements for open roles.
- Manage client relationships by providing weekly updates on candidate progress and market insights.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit and compliance.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (required).
- Strong knowledge of the Denver, CO job market and key industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
