Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for immediate hire roles across San Diego's key industries
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and social prospecting
- Conduct rapid-turnaround candidate screenings and behavioral assessments
- Facilitate same-day interview coordination between clients and candidates
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for real-time placement tracking
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or agency recruitment experience with immediate hire placements
- Proven success in high-volume, time-sensitive hiring environments
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional negotiation skills with offer acceptance rates above 85%
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with 48-hour response times
- Strong data literacy with experience in recruitment metrics analysis
