- Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening to onboarding coordination
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' recruitment/staffing experience in San Antonio market
- Proven track record of placing candidates in high-volume roles
- Expert knowledge of local talent pools across key industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
